THE BASICS

• Most items will arrive to you via USPS within 3-14 business days with the free shipping option. Upgrades are available if you need it sooner.
• If your jewelry is needed for an important event (like a wedding) please watch your tracking # and notify us ASAP of any "strange occurrences" so we can assist before it's too late.
• Please double check your address before checkout. If you spot an error notify us immediately in the chat box.

SHIPPING PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are sent from San Diego County, California within 2 business days (oftentimes sooner).

UPS and Priority Mail orders always ship as soon as possible.

UPS and Priority Mail orders must be placed before 2pm PST in order to ship same day (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed after that time will be shipped the following business day (M-F).

Custom orders or those including photo services may take up to 48 hours. Please purchase the RUSH fee on these products if needed.

IF I ORDER 3-DAY UPS NOW, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

1. If your order is placed at 1:30pm PST on Friday, package ships Friday and arrives Wednesday by 11pm
2. If your order is placed at 2:15pm PST on Friday, package ships Monday and arrives Thursday by 11pm

What does guaranteed delivery mean?

"Guaranteed" means the UPS guarantees it will arrive within the time frame promised (as shown above) and if not, we will file a claim, be refunded the price of postage, and pass that refund of postage costs on to you. You will not be refunded the price of the product unless you choose to return it within 30 days.

Please read the UPS/Fed Ex schedule carefully, as some believe if they order on Thursday night they will get it Saturday morning, etc. and then believe UPS made an error. Let us know if we can answer any questions to clarify.

ABOUT UPS/FED EX

UPS and FedEx both work on standard business days (Monday-Friday), and do not deliver on Saturday (unless Saturday delivery is specified) or Sunday.

Do not include the day that your package ships when calculating delivery days in transit.
