You can return a like-new item in the box with the card and other enclosures for a full refund within 30 days of placing your order.
You can return a like-new item in the box with the card and other enclosures for store credit within 60 days of placing your order.
We currently do not have a re-stocking fee. If the returned item has missing pieces or is damaged a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
Exchanges are considered a “Return” and a “Re-order” – They are 2 different transactions and will be treated as such, including 2 different Order #s.
Go to the Return Portal to process your return and choose "Shop Now & Ship it back in next 5 days" if that option is available for you so you have immediate store credit.

If your item was defective or damaged in any way, we are happy to send you a replacement.
Go to the Return Portal and process a return with the reason being "item was damaged."
We understand that occasionally you may lose a charm or have a bead fall off. We certainly want you to love your item and yet we are not responsible for the typical wear of the item.
Please contact us and explain your situation. We may opt to send you the charm or bead complimentary and ask that you assist with the postage fee of $4.50.
We understand how important it is to receive your jewelry in a timely fashion. We ask that you consider us your partner in doing everything possible to get your package to you as quickly as possible. We wish we had super-powers to avoid any delays. But can only promise to help you as much as we can in whatever the situation is with your package.
If you have received your item, but it is no longer needed due to a late delivery your return due to postal delays is the same as a regular return. Please go to the Return Portal and choose the "arrived late" reason for the return.
All carriers are experiencing delays at all times of the year. These are our best tips and some insight as to when and how we respond to the delays.
Regarding refunds, if your package is delayed more than 24 days due to postal setbacks, please feel free to communicate with us and we will do our best to help in any way we can.
We do not provide refunds when a package is delayed and the USPS Tracking information says “In Transit, Arriving Late” other messages, or even no tracking information for up to 2 weeks. This is all normal for the USPS.
Rather, we may opt to provide you with a Gutsy Goodness shop credit for you to order a replacement item and you would be responsible for any shipping upgrades.
