We want you to love your purchase! We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from our "manufacturing defect."
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS: Our promise to you is that if a jewelry piece has a manufacturing defect, such as a broken clasp, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. We don't have a "lifetime" guarantee, however, please contact us and tell us the circumstance and we will do our best to make it right.
LOST CHARM OR BEAD: If you lose a charm, a bead, this is not considered a manufacturing defect. We do our best to ensure every jump ring is closed completely, but the charms also slide off. If you need a jewelry embellishment we can send the item out complimentary but will invoice you for the postage.
CHANGED MY MIND/NOT MY STYLE: If you are dissatisfied with your choice, please see the Returns & Exchanges page. You may send your like-new item back and we guarantee that we will refund you 100% of your purchase price within the 30-days Return Policy minus shipping fees.
ABOUT OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS: All our jewelry is handcrafted by our team of moms, students, and amazing women in San Diego County, CA. We make each bead, design each glass piece, and write the words of every card.
Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics of the materials are unique and individual to each artisan jewelry item. These characteristics are considered a part of the beauty and charm of the handmade jewelry item and should not be considered a defect
General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. Please see our Care Instructions. Our warranty does not provide for replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.
GUARANTEE DECISIONS: Determination of a guarantee and/or refund will be made by Joel or Lisa Copen (business owners.) It is our goal to exceed the expectations of our customers while also staying in business. Surprisingly it costs the same price to mail one small bead or charm as it does to mail an entire necklace. Therefore, we may choose to provide a Gutsy Goodness credit if purchases are outside of the return window, or request that you pay postage for an item that we are not responsible for replacing, but choose to do so for you.
