Please allow about 2 weeks for delivery and processing of the refund. Make sure to include all of the items--the jewelry, the box, the cards, and the bags.
You may be purchasing a special gift that you need by a certain date. We have shipping options that are affordable for all scenarios.
Note : We give our "best estimate" of how long First Class and Priority Mail may take to deliver to you based on the current postal updates from USPS, but we do not guarantee delivery by the date we are estimating.
MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
Our promise to you is that if a jewelry piece has a manufacturing defect, such as a broken clasp, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. Although we don't have a "lifetime" guarantee, please contact us and tell us the circumstance and we will do our best to make it right.
LOST CHARM OR BEAD
If you lose a charm, a bead, this is not considered a manufacturing defect. We do our best to ensure every jump ring is closed completely, but the charms also slide off. If you need a jewelry embellishment we can send the item out complimentary but will invoice you for the postage (about $4).

All our jewelry is handcrafted by our team of moms, students, and amazing women in San Diego County, CA. We make each bead, design each glass piece, and write the words of every card.
Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics of the materials are unique and individual to each artisan jewelry item. These characteristics are considered a part of the beauty and charm of the handmade jewelry item and should not be considered a defect
General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty. Please see our Care Instructions. Our warranty does not provide for replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.
Determination of a guarantee and/or refund will be made by Joel or Lisa Copen (business owners.) It is our goal to exceed the expectations of our customers while also staying in business. Surprisingly it costs the same price to mail one small bead or charm as it does to mail an entire necklace.
Therefore, we may choose to provide a Gutsy Goodness credit if a purchase is outside of the return window, or request that you pay postage for an item that we are not responsible for replacing, but choose to do so for you as a favor.
