Q. Where is my order?
We know how important your jewelry is and want to help make sure it arrives to you or the gift recipient.
Before placing any orders we recommend making sure your "ship to" address is correct.
Sometimes computer software has been no to revert back to an old address, even though you really did update it.
If you are sending a package to a friend, make sure you have the correct address. Drive vs. Road will quickly result in a lost package.
Q: I ordered multiple items and didn't get them all! Something is missing!
That is stressful but the good news is this is normal and no reason to worry.
We use Amazon as our distributor so they send you the items that can get to you the fastest. Meaning, whatever is in the closest warehouse to your home likely was received by you first. The rest is on its way... it's just coming in a separate box.
Yes! We use "Fulfilled by Amazon" to ship your orders.
What this means is that we have personally designed the jewelry in advance and have sent it to Amazon warehouses around the country. They are able to send it out quickly! You should have received a tracking number in your email box when it shipped so be sure to check your spam folder or that hidden box "All Mail" if you use gmail. You can also enter in your tracking # here.
Q: How long can I expect it to take?
Typically items are sent within 48 hours--sometimes even sooner, and it arrives within 2-3 day in the Continental USA.
