We know how important your jewelry is and want to help make sure it arrives to you or the gift recipient. Before placing any orders we recommend making sure your "ship to" address is correct. Sometimes computer software has been no to revert back to an old address, even though you really did update it.
If you are sending a package to a friend, make sure you have the correct address. Drive vs. Road will quickly result in a lost package.
Worth noting, the USPS is marking many packages "Delivered" even though they are still "out for delivery." Even they recommend if it says "delivered" and isn't, wait another 12 hours or so. You can find their own recommendations here.
ORDERS FROM OUR WEBSITE
We use "Fulfilled by Amazon" to ship your orders. What this means is that we have personally designed the jewelry in advance and have sent it to Amazon warehouses around the country. They are able to send it out quickly! You should have received a tracking number in your email box when it shipped so be sure to check your spam folder or that hidden box "All Mail" if you use gmail.
Did you happen to leave our webpage and go directly over to Amazon to order? To find out where your package is, go to Amazon and then "Your Account > Your Orders" to find your recent orders and then track your package.

Unbeknownst to most, they have excellent customer service and will help you find out if a package was lost, mis-delivered (like to a neighbor), delayed, etc. and then make sure your order is fixed. They may send another item or credit you back if it's been lost.
If you left our site here and ordered from us over on Etsy you can find the roder status at the Etsy site. Go to Etsy.com and then "Purchases and reviews" and then you will see your orders and tracking information.
With Etsy we are your best advocate. We can let you know what information we have and your local post office is the next place to check.
Many packages are being delivered to other mailboxes on the some streets and a few postal workers have gone back out to neighborhoods and gotten it from the wrong addresses and hand-delivered it to our customers.
