If adding it to a necklace if it's 2 or more we will add a heart lobster clasp. If it's a keychain we will stagger them with different sizes of split rings so it lays most beautifully.

Each necklace and keychain comes affectionately wrapped. It is in a sealed bag, then placed in an decorative organza bag and then displayed in a Gutsy Goodness dark brown box with a special card that has been known to bring a few tears.

Every item comes with a gift card on the outside and a place to add "To" and "From" on the back. It's mailed in a cheerful polybag, so it feels like a special gift from the moment it arrives in your mailbox (or the mailbox of the gift recipient!)
1. How big is the pendant?
It is 1.18 inches or 30 mm. For reference, a quarter is about 1 inch or 25 mm.
2. What are my chain options?
You can choose a 24" or 36" chain. A 24" pendant falls over your heart area. A 36" chain falls over your belly button area.
We also have keychain options on many of the designs.
3. Can I get more charms?
Yes, we do have the option for additional charms here:
4. Can I change the bead color?
We'd love to send you exactly what you desire, but we also want to make sure that we have the exact instructions for your item so we know what to send. For this reason we do have additional charms and beads available to add to the items, but we typically do not substitute.
5. Can I get a custom design? Or have it engraved?
We are currently not able to accommodate custom requests, but we do a few seasons a year. We are unable to engrave it. The metal has a bit of texture on the back and we do not do engraving.
6. What are the materials?
The pendant piece with the design is glass. The metal is zinc alloy with a bronze antique finish.
7. Will the chain turn color?
No... or perhaps minimally with correct care. We include Care Instructions in every box which explain how not to wear it while using lotion on your neck, etc. The metal is zinc alloy, nickel-free. Depending on the humidity in the air a small bit of patina may occur but it just adds to the vintage vibe. The jewelry is inside a sealed zip bag and we recommend its continued use for the best of care.
Note: All of the above aside, Lisa, the founder of Gutsy Goodness personally doesn't like jewelry that takes a high amount of care and she tosses everything into her jewelry box, as does her mom. So far, after 5 years, our jewelry looks as good as it did the day she made the pieces. :)

We have chains that are 24" (sits above the heart area) and 36" (above the belly button area).
We have found that in general terms...
women 15-40 prefer the 24"
women 41+ prefer the 36"
But everyone has their preferences.
